Pool Resurfacing across Ballarat
Enquiries come from across the City of Ballarat. Three suburbs have a page of their own, Buninyong, Nerrina and Mount Pleasant, because the City's Onsite Wastewater Management Plan names each as having a cluster of properties on septic systems and gives a rule about pools there.

Every suburb below sits in the City of Ballarat, so one set of City rules applies across the service area. The three pages add what a City document says about why a pool owner in that suburb should settle the sewer question first.

One council
The rules on these pages are the City of Ballarat's, alongside Victoria's. Areas outside the City of Ballarat are not covered here.
Suburbs without a page
The rest of the service area is covered on the same terms. Mount Helen, Mount Clear, Cardigan, Black Hill, Redan and Canadian are also among the nine suburbs the Plan names. No page was written for them because each would repeat what the three already say; none had a sourced fact of its own that changes how a pool is resurfaced. Wendouree, Alfredton, Sebastopol, Delacombe and the inner suburbs are not among the nine, which says nothing about whether any property there has a septic system.
